There is a lot that goes into making it big in the business world. While numbers and figures form an important part, it’s also about the vision and courage that an industry leader possesses. CNBC- TV18 Weekender explores the creative pursuits that these leaders enjoy which can range from taking a road trip to the Himalayas to spending a leisure day at the Sula Vineyards. The idea is to understand the driving force that keeps them motivated to do superior work. A glimpse into their perfect weekend is an added advantage that the show will offer.

Format of the show

The show is unlike any other. It aims at taking business tycoons out of the board rooms and into their comfort zone. To get a sense of what intrigues, inspires and motivates them.

Total number of episodes

There are a total of 25 episodes. The 6th episode will go on air this week.

Profile of the guest while selecting them for the show.

The idea is to call business mavericks and achievers from across all professions. We are sector agnostic and look at individuals who have made a mark in the industry they are part of. We have had the likes of Amit Burman of Dabur to ace commentator, Harsha Bhogle in the recent episodes.

The response to the show has been overwhelmingly positive especially going by the response we got on social media and barrage of individual congratulatory messages the anchors and the team has received. We hope to continue the trend in the coming future.
