Zeven Strengthens Its Position in Cricket As It Ties Up With Red Bull Campus Cricket 2017

Strengthening its position in India’s favourite sport, cricket, India’s authentic sportswear brand Zeven, has announced its collaboration with Red Bull, the energy drink giant for the “Red Bull Campus Cricket 2017”. Zeven will be the training kit partner for the Indian team in this exciting series.

Sri Lanka will play host to the next generation of top cricket talent from September 10-16 when the world’s finest college cricketers face off at the 2017 Red Bull Campus Cricket World Finals. Teams from Sri Lanka, Australia, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, India, Pakistan, South Africa and United Arab Emirates earned qualification through fiercely competitive national tournaments and will line up in Colombo for the 2017 group stages from September 10 onwards and then to Galle International Stadium for the semi-finals and finals.

MMCC Pune, the defending champions retained the title of Red Bull Campus Cricket India Champions in 2017 and will represent India at the World Finals. The 6th edition of the global T20 college cricket tournament witnessed the highest participation ever from India, with 202 teams across 26 cities. The likes of Sri Lankan international Niroshan Dickwella and Indian star K.L. Rahul both emerged through previous editions of the thrilling T20 tournament, while Delhi Daredevils and Gujarat Lions drafted Shashank Singh and UAE-based Chirag Suri in this year’s IPL Auction respectively.

To ensure that the Indian squad is at its best before and during the tournament, Zeven will empower the team with top of the line Zeven apparel and footwear. Designed to suit Indian weather, terrain and body type, and made from fabrics and material, which help enhance performance, the team will train in these world-class products as they prepare for the league.
