Gourmet Passport, the one-of-its kind fine dining app that offers unbeatable value with its signature ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offers at the best 5-Star and Fine Dining restaurants and bars across Delhi-NCR & Mumbai, recently hosted an evening of exquisite delicacies and engaging conversations in association with the Trident, BKC. Held at its majestic restaurant, Botticino, the evening, christened Dine with Rocky, was presented by Rocky Mohan, noted food connoisseur and founder of Gourmet Passport.  The event was curated by renowned culinary writer and food expert Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal, with great wine, exquisite delicacies and spirited conversations discussing in great detail the recent trends of the food scene in India.

The exquisite Italian specialty restaurant, Botticino, offered an interesting union of traditional and contemporary cuisine at its finest. Rocky Mohan, who is also the Executive director and brand Ambassador of Mohan Meakins, makers of India’s most popular rum, Old Monk, attended to the city’s who’s who of the F & B fraternity in his usual jovial manner. The list of guests included iconic names such as Anish Trivedi, Nikhil Merchant, Belal Breaga Bakht, Chef Ranveer Brar, Chef Saransh Goila, Chef Vicky Ratnani, Rashmi Uday Singh, Dilip De, Kunal Vijaykar, Rekha Mohan and Nachiket Shetye. The evening also featured Botticino’s executive chef Ashish Bhasin showcasing his latest creations.
