Kidzee, the largest network of pre-school chain in Asia and Mount Litera Zee School (MLZS), India’s fastest growing network in private-unaided category of K12 schools, celebrated International Yoga Day at 1700+ preschools and 90+ schools across India. Operated by Zee Learn Ltd, Kidzee & Mount Litera Zee School, organized training sessions and demonstration workshops on this auspicious occasion.
Kidzee and MLZS organised International Yoga Day activities with an intent to promote yoga in student’s life as it releases stress, increases concentration & enthusiasm in their day-to-day life. Last year, both schools supported this initiative by conducting various activities, which was appreciated by parents and students alike. This year, Kidzee and MLZS organised talk sessions on yoga and various forms of yoga was on display by experts for students and parents. The students also demonstrated yoga for participants, to help them learn and perform together.

The content posted on these platforms will also focus on yoga asanas in a simplified format.
