Over the last few days, tech giant and India’s second largest IT company- Infosys has come under fire from its co-founders who have publicly raised concerns on the alleged lapses of corporate governance at the firm. Founder of the company, N.R. Narayana Murthy has been in the news for openly expressing his issues with the iconic organization he left almost three years ago.
Speaking to Vir Sanghvion Virtuosity-Stories from the News, Mr. Murthy publicly questioned the governance and management of the current board and leadership team. He said, “If you sit under the toddy tree and drink milk, people will think you’re drinking toddy.”
In a wide-ranging conversation, he also spoke about his future plans and why he advocates a low-key lifestyle for Indian capitalists.
