CTC serves as a performing arts platform for the corporates. The contest encourages professionals Relive Passion in a work environment while showcasing a side that their co-workers rarely get to see. Employees can get in touch with their creative side – participate in various categories like music, dance theatre etc while they continue to pursue their professional goals. To commemorate the 6th edition of CTC, the association with TVS Wego has been looked at from a completely new lens. This year #Whytosphere will integrate CTC with the lead sponsor of the championship. While CTC is all about getting professionals in touch with their creative side, #Whytosphere takes the campaign to a whole new level, where it transforms into an ode to participants of CTC – highly skilled, determined individuals who have achieved laurels in their professional life. The campaign celebrates not only their achievements but recognizes their hunger to get more from life.
CTC is the biggest platform in the world for corporate talent management and is soon to be recognized as a record holder by the Guinness Book of World Records. Last year the organization reached out to 18 lac corporate employees out of which 15000 participated from 150 different offices across India. This year as the scale further broadens, and with more focus on integration, the championship is projected to surpass all previously set standards.
